Cotton Velour is a luxuriously soft fabric to have against your vulva. Its texture adds an extra cozy feel while grabbing onto your flow, this coupled with the slits in the fabric provide additional surface area for absorption and will help distribute your flow more evenly throughout the pad, reducing the chances of leakage during heavy gushing flows.

I suffer from fibroids and adenemyousis which basicall means non stop bleeding for 10 days. Super heavy and i cannot make it through a night. I received my gusher pad 1 day before my period and wore it on the second night. FABULOUS, not only did it keep me safe for HOURS but it also is comfortable!! I will wash daily and use as my overnight pad
