Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer shipping across Canada, the USA, and internationally. Below are the details regarding our shipping rates, options, and important considerations for our customers.

 

Shipping Rates

• Tracked Shipping (Canada): $9.99 flat rate

• Free Shipping (Canada): Orders over $99 qualify for free tracked shipping

• Lettermail Option (Canada Only): Available for very small orders (under 75g), typically 1-2 pads depending on size. This option ships via Canada Post as a lettermail item and does not include tracking.

• International Orders (Outside Canada & USA): Shipping rates will be the exact rate calculated by the shipping provider and can vary significantly by location and order size. Enter checkout to see what the shipping rate is for your specific situation

USA Shipping

• USA shipping rate: $12 CAD DDP Tracked Shipping. This is a Duty paid shipping rate meaning you should not receive any further customs fees upon delivery. 
• USA Free Shipping: Orders over $150CAD qualify for free shipping DDP Tracked Shipping

Shipping Methods

• Within Canada: We use the most affordable courier available to deliver to your location. Common carriers include Canada Post, ICS Courier, Chit Chats and UPS.

• To the USA: We ship via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, chit chats or whichever carrier provides the most economical tracked shipping service.

• International Orders (Outside Canada & USA): Shipped via Canada Post, Fedex or chit chats .

Customs & Import Fees (all Countries Except USA)

Our shipping rates do not include any customs, duties, or import fees that may be incurred for customers outside of Canada. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and cover any potential charges. 

The processing time on all order is up to 10 Business days - we are usually faster than this and on average process orders in 3-5 business days but in some circumstances it can take the full processing time. Delivery time depends on the method of shipping selected and the location of the customer.
