10" Velour Gusher Pad - SINGLE PAD - Select your colour

I bleed like a severed artery and the gusher pad did not disappoint. With this being my first time using a pad vs period underwear, I wore it in conjunction with my period underwear but ultimately, I didn’t need to. I felt dryer than I do with my period underwear which was a pleasant surprise. The one “complaint” I have is the smell is a bit more pungent than desired but I’ll take smell over leaks or wetness all day. I have it in 10” and 14” inch. I think 10” is a pretty solid size even for my degree of bleeding but the 14” is relatively comfortable as well. A smidge bulky feeling but protected! Washing is no biggie as my routine is to rinse with cold water, soak with hydrogen peroxide, and wash in cold water. No issues with blood transferring to other clothes. Pad stains have been minimal so far. If you’re a heavy bleeder, I highly recommend giving the gusher style a try.

So first off, I’d give this 4.5 stars. The gusher alterations did help me keep the pad on longer! However, it was harder to get completely clean as I use a bar stain remover and it was really difficult to scrub. That being said I don’t care too much and would only use this pad on my heavy day anyways. Would definitely buy another if a color I liked came out!

I always struggled with my heavy flow, having to change tampons every hour or so. I was able to go through the whole work day with no leaks! Plus it's very comfortable. I plan on ordering more soon.
