Cotton Velour is a luxuriously soft fabric to have against your vulva. Its texture adds an extra cozy feel while grabbing onto your flow, this coupled with the slits in the fabric provide additional surface area for absorption and will help distribute your flow more evenly throughout the pad, reducing the chances of leakage during heavy gushing flows.

One of my favorite pads

I wore this out for a few hours on my heaviest day and I did not leak, despite my fears wearing it the first time. The gusher pads definitely make me feel more secure, but all these pads absorb so quickly and are very efficient. I will be buying more gusher pads moving forward.

Amazing for gushy flow

Bought this for my teen daughter to try and she absolutely loved it. Worked very well for overnight and handled her gushy flow with ease!
