Cotton Velour is a luxuriously soft fabric to have against your vulva. Its texture adds an extra cozy feel while grabbing onto your flow, this coupled with the slits in the fabric provide additional surface area for absorption and will help distribute your flow more evenly throughout the pad, reducing the chances of leakage during heavy gushing flows.

Amazing!

I ordered 2 of these to test them off, and whoever invented these deserves all the awards. They are great for heavy bleeding and clotting days. They catch far more than even the regular cloth pads do! Pro tip though: this will not work for overnight if you have to change your pad every 4 to 6 hours the first 2-3 days of your period. You will still bleed through. It holds far more blood than the typical cloth pad (from this sitr and other businesses) but a bigger size is needed. (I plan to snag a 14 and 16 inch to see which will work best for overnights.) These also aren't that tough to clean. They will need to soak snd be rinsed extremely well but they are just like regular pads in washing.

Excellent Pad

Great for heavy flow. I used to leak off the sides and wings , so adding length didn’t help much, but these do the trick.
